Morning:
Apply from lash base to tip on clean and bare lashes. 
Layer to build volume and length, ensuring product is wet as you reapply.
Immediately apply Dashl FabuLash Mascara for an intense false lash effect. 

Evening:
Remove all makeup from lashes.
Apply as a nourishing serum in one or two layers from lash base to tip.
Rinse in the morning to reapply for makeup.
