If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day that you received your order. Please note that Dashl AB is not responsible for the return shipping costs.

It is important that the products are returned in an undamaged, unchanged condition, and in the original packaging. Refunds will be processed by using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. 

All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact; otherwise the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted by our returns department.

• Contact us at shop@dashlbeauty.com with your order number, email and return/reason for exchange
• Receive a return label from us
• Reuse and securely seal the original packaging
• Attach the pre-paid return label and ship
