MY ORDER 


I have not received an order confirmation.

Please check your spam or junk folder to see if the email ended up there. During high-traffic periods on the website, order confirmation emails may delay. If not, please contact us at shop@dashlbeauty.com for assistance.


Where is my order?

You will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped out from our warehouse that is fully traceable. You can always contact the local shipping provider if you have any questions regarding your shipment. Please refer to the shipment times in our Terms and Conditions.

Note that delivery estimates in checkout are only estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping locations.


Can I change or cancel my order? 

If the order has been fulfilled at our warehouse, the change / cancellation is not possible. You can contact our customer service at shop@dashlbeauty.com for assistance if the order has not been shipped yet. We kindly ask you to carefully review your order details before submitting it. This will help ensure that your order is accurate and meets your needs.

Is it possible to change contact details or shipping address after I’ve placed my order?

If the order has been fulfilled at our warehouse, the change is not possible. You can contact our customer service at shop@dashlbeauty.com for assistance if the order has not been shipped yet.

What is the delivery time?

Sweden: 1-2 Business days

Norway: 4-5 Business days

Denmark: 3-6 Business days 

Finland: 4-5 Business days

Rest of EU: 3-5 Business days

UK: 3-4 Business days

USA: 5-7 Business days

Australia: 7-8 Business days

Please be aware that the specified delivery time is an estimate and may vary depending on external factors that Dashl and its delivery partner do not have control over.

 

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the UK, Australia, and most countries within the EU and the USA.

 

Which shipping methods do Dashl offer?

 We offer multiple couriers and shipping options. Please note that depending on where you're located, your selection may vary. You can see the options at the checkout. 

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping within Europe on all orders over 300 SEK /  35 EUR / £30.10 GBPKeep an eye out for our special promotions, available for a limited time only!

 

Where is my package shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.

 

It says my order has been delivered, but I have not received it.

Sometimes the tracking link is updated a few days before the package arrives. If you have not received the package after the delivery time, you are welcome to contact us at shop@dashlbeauty.com and we will help you further. 

 

My package was damaged in transit, what should I do?

In case of a damaged package, don't accept the delivery and/or report the damage directly to your pickup location. Contact us at shop@dashlbeauty.com for further assistance if required.

 

What do I do if my order arrives incomplete?

If you are missing one or more products from your order please double check it is included in your order confirmation, check your emails (including junk/spam folder) in case you have been sent an email informing that it is no longer in stock or that your order will arrive in more than one parcel. If none of these apply please get in touch with us at shop@dashlbeauty.com

 

My order was defective, can I return and get a new one?

Of course! Email us a picture to shop@dashlbeauty.com and wait for our response before sending the package back.

 

What happens if I do not pick up my parcel?

If an order isn’t collected, it will be returned automatically. A fee of 155 SEK / 15 EUR will be deducted from the refund to cover return and handling costs. Please track your delivery to avoid extra charges. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

 

PAYMENT & REFUNDS 

 

What different payment methods can I choose from? 

We accept Klarna payments, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shoppay.

 

When will I receive my refund?

If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system. We offer return handling within 14 days of receiving your order. After that, it may take up to 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed and received.

 

Do you provide a refund for the shipping cost?

We do not provide a refund for the shipping cost.

 

RETURNS 

 

How do I return a product?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. 

Please note: A return shipping fee of 55 SEK / 6 EUR will be deducted from your refund. Dashl AB is not responsible for any additional return shipping costs incurred. Refunds will be processed by using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

To be approved for a return, products must be:

- Returned in original condition – unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. 

- All seals, cellophane wrapping, and tamper-proof packaging must be fully intact.

Items that do not meet these criteria will be deemed unsuitable for re-sale and will not be accepted for return or refund.

1. Email us at shop@dashlbeauty.com with your order number, email address, and the reason for the return or exchange.

2. You’ll receive a pre-paid return label from us.

3. Carefully reuse the original packaging, making sure it's securely sealed.

4. Attach the return label and drop off your return as instructed.

 

How do I make a complaint?

Email us a picture of your problem to shop@dashlbeauty.com and we will assist you further. 


Can I exchange a product? 

You can exchange a product by making a return and order the wished product. You follow the same instructions as for the returns.

I received an allergic reaction after using your products - what should I do?

Although our products are natural, mild, vegan and cruelty-free, you might be allergic to a specific ingredient. If you are prone to allergic reactions, or are unsure whether our product contains any ingredients you can react to - please check the ingredients list on our website before making the purchase. We are not responsible for any individual reactions you may have to our products due to your health predispositions.

 

Where can I find information about a product?

You will find information about our products directly on the product page. This includes product description, ingredients, and usage guidelines.

 

Do you have gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase our gift card here: https://dashlbeauty.com/products/kop-ett-digitalt-presentkort 

Digital cards are valid for 12 months from purchase to buy products on dashlbeauty.com.

Please mind that the gift card is not refundable; gift cards purchased on dashlbeauty.com cannot be used to make bookings at our Beauty Bars.

 

Can I buy your products in the store?

You can purchase our products at all Åhléns stores in Sweden. You can also find our products at selected online retailers such as Lyko and Meds.

 

Are Dashl's products Cruelty Free?

Yes, all Dashl products are Cruelty Free and are not tested on animals.

 

I missed the promotion you had! How can I get a discount or another promotional offer?

We do not have ad hoc promotions. Subscribe to our newsletter, and social media to stay tuned.
