LIA INTERN - SOME/DIGITAL MARKETING AUTUMN 2026

Sweden’s leading beauty startup is seeking a LIA Intern for Autumn 2026 within Social Media/Digital Marketing!

Dashl is a Swedish beauty brand founded in 2017 by two female entrepreneurs and quickly became a leading startup in the beauty industry. With a passion for innovation and accessibility, Dashl offers high-quality, vegan, and cruelty-free products and beauty services focused on enhancing natural beauty. Dashl specializes in brows, lashes, nails, and lips, with products inspired by their successful Beauty Bars currently located in Gothenburg and Stockholm.

We are now looking for a Social Media / Digital Marketing Intern for Autumn 2026 who will work closely with both our Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager. You will get to put your skills to the test at a leading beauty company, gaining hands-on experience in social media, communication, and influencer marketing.

As an intern at Dashl, you will participate in various exciting tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will primarily work with the marketing team to create creative content for our brands on social media, mainly Instagram and TikTok, such as:

  • Developing ideas and performing competitor analysis.

  • Identifying potential influencers and managing partnership planning.

  • Analyzing insights and statistics to optimize campaigns.

  • Creating, editing, and publishing engaging content on our social media platforms.

  • Building relationships with both influencers and our community.

  • Contributing creative ideas to strengthen our brand.


YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO:

  • Is passionate about social media and stays updated on digital developments and trends.

  • Has basic knowledge of content creation that is engaging and tailored for TikTok and Instagram.

  • Is studying Digital Marketing or a similar field.

  • Experience in digital marketing is a merit.

  • Is creative, self-motivated, and dares to take your own initiative.

  • Is comfortable in front of the camera.

  • Has knowledge of video and photo; bonus if you also have copywriting skills.

  • Is proficient in Adobe, Canva, CapCut, or other editing software.
