FAQ

Where is my order?

All orders are fully traceable, you will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped out from our warehouse. You can always contact the local shipping provider if you have any questions regarding your shipment. Please refer to the shipment times in our terms and conditions. Please note that delivery estimates in checkout are only estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping locations.

Can I change my order details?

If the order has been fulfilled at our warehouse, the change is not possible. You can contact our customer service at hello@dashlbeauty.com for assistance if the order has not been shipped yet. 

What payment methods does Dashl accept?

We accept Klarna payments, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shoppay.

Do you ship to my country?

We are currently shipping to most of Europe, USA, and Australia.

Which shipping options can you choose?

We ship with EarlyBird (Sweden), PostNord, UPS, and DHL

Is shipping free?

We ship for free in Europe if the sum of your order is above 35 EUR. You might also benefit from our promos, when they are available.

Where is my package shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.

What happens if I do not pick up my parcel?

If you do not pick up your parcel, it will be automatically sent back after a certain period of time specified by the courier.  In the event of an automatic return, you will be refunded for the entire order amount, excluding a fee of 15 EUR for the return shipping and other costs in connection with an automatic return. This fee is deducted from the amount refunded.

What do I do if my order arrives incomplete?

If you are missing one or more products from your order please double check it is included in your order confirmation, check your emails (including junk/spam folder) in case you have been sent an email informing that it is no longer in stock or that your order will arrive in more than one parcel. If none of these apply please get in touch with us at hello@dashlbeauty.com 

My order was defective, can I return and get a new one?

Of course! Email us a picture to hello@dashlbeauty.com and wait for our response before sending the package back.

How can I see what I have ordered?

Shortly after you've made your purchase you will receive an email with your order confirmation. If you haven't received your order confirmation, please check your spam / junk folder, or contact us at hello@dashlbeauty.com for assistance.

I’ve entered the wrong email address for my order, how can I change it?

How do I return my order?

Have you received my return?

Once your returning package has been received on our end, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return. We appreciate your understanding that, although we work as quickly as possible, it is possible that this process may take several business days to complete. Kindly observe that we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping.

I received an allergic reaction after using your products - what should I do?

Although our products are natural, mild, vegan and cruelty-free, you might be allergic to a specific ingredient. If you are prone to allergic reactions, or are unsure whether our product contains any ingredients you can react to - please check the ingredients list on our website before making the purchase. We are not responsible for any individual reactions you may have to our products due to your health predispositions. 

When will I receive my refund?

If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 14 business days.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes - you can purchase our gift card here: https://dashlbeauty.com/products/kop-ett-digitalt-presentkort 

Digital cards are valid for 12 months since purchase.

Please mind that the gift card is not refundable; it also cannot be used to make bookings at our Beauty bars.

Where can I find information about a product?

You will find information about our products directly on the product page. This includes product description, ingredients, and usage guidelines.

Can I buy your products in the store?

You can purchase our products at Åhlens stores in Sweden. You can also find our products at selected online retailers such as Meds, Eleven, Nordic Feel.

I missed the promotion you had! How can I get a discount or another promotional offer?

We do not have ad hoc promotions. Subscribe to our newsletter, and Social media to stay tuned.

Are Dashl's products Cruelty Free?

Yes, all Dashl products are Cruelty Free and are not tested on animals.
